The Residences at 400 Central St. Petersburg is the creation of the NY-based developers, Red Apple Group, and Arquitectonica, the Miami-based, internationally renowned architectural and design firm. This upcoming 400 Central Ave condominium has a rooftop lounge and pool area and a 2-story observation deck.
 
400 Central will also contain an additional 20,000 square feet of Class A office space and 25,000 square feet of ground floor retail space fronting Central Avenue. The total cost of the project will be over $300 million, more than double the $120 million cost to construct the recently completed ONE in St. Petersburg. The cost will also surpass the expected $200 million budget for Saltaire, the 35-story condo tower at 300 1st Street South. The project will serve as an iconic centerpiece between St. Petersburg’s bayfront to the east and arts districts to the west, becoming an anchor for the core of downtown St. Petersburg.
