About Regina Sotomayor
Regina’s unique style and flair for real estate spans from luxurious properties, to her own work in real estate investing and property development. Originally from Ecuador, Regina and her family moved to the South Florida area when she was 15 years old. It was at this tender age that her passion for real estate was born as she was mentored by one of Miami’s top real estate brokers and molded into the agent she has now become.
Prior to founding HomeScene Realty, her accomplishments include strategic partnership with global land and real estate development companies, serving as one of the top associate brokers in Pinellas County, and she was awarded Top 20 Income Producer month after month.

Regina holds a BA in Computer Science from the Art Institute of Dallas. This and her business persuasive and marketing skills landed her a prestigious role working abroad in New Zealand’s Economic Development Branch.
